You have to KNOW that the muffler is clean and carbon isn't blocking it. I don't think safety fluid will clear hard carbon very quickly.
Also there can be blockage at the very exhaust port, where the muffler bolts on. I've gotta go pour about 70 yds. of concrete right now, but I'll be back tonight. don-ohio (:^D
