I just inspected the float. The float is not gas logged. The needle and seat are in good condition and clean and move freely. I've since dried the plug, cleaned and rechecked the points. Still no luck. I've tried throttle open, closed, halfway. I've tried 2 different recommended settings on the air mixture.
