...........in those little carbs. You have adjusted the idle mixture screw(lower of the 2 screws)about 1.25 to 2.25 turns out from all the way seated?
Usually on an Express,with a dirty carb, the bike won't accelerate with power.
The brass tube with the holes is the emulsion tube.From bottom to top,it must be clear. don-ohio
