I think I got. I read somewhere that a Wire Brush wire is better than a Bread Tie.
Wire Brush wire is smaller and sturdy. I was able to push it into the emulsion tube. I felt it breakout the debris in the top of tube. Now fluid does flow through tube from the bottom into the Air Screw port and into the Carb orfice.
