.............the lower part of the bike,but I've forgotten.The answer is here in these many posts,but searching is pretty tough.Almost all other bikes VIN#s are on the front of the headset(where headlight area is).
But I'm thinking the Expresses was lower than that.Since this forum is pretty dead,you can inquire at www.mopedriders.com and someone will probably know. don-ohio (:^D
