My undersating is that all 195's had the long swept second hand. When they made the 000 and 005 series of watches, there were approximately 100 faces left over from the run of PAM195s that were used in the 005 series of watches. Not all the "G" series had the long arrow. I have neither watches, or pictures, and don't feel comfortable "Borrowing" the pictures to show the difference. Do a search, if your search foo is strong you should find several examples.
Sorry I can't offer more information.
Correction: Not having either watch, I was informed that it is not the second hand that is different, but the arrow on the tail of the OP logo that is different. Now it makes a heck of alot more sense! The 195 and 100 of the 005 watches had the longer tails on the OP logo like the original logo, and the rest have the more modernized logo. Sorry for the dis-information. Actually, Elliot has a wonderful reference piece on it in the reference section at:

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."
