The Pam 104 started in the "E" series and now lists for $5900..... If someone has an "E", "F" or "G" 104 and they sell it for $3-4K then they have to replace it at the new higher prices....so many hold on to these. Like UL said, it would have to be one hell of a beater for someone to sell it at that price and most probably without boxes and papers.
