That was their second tryout actually; most of incumbents away on U-17 stuff. Lots of borderline AA Waxers there, some AAA RH Stars attended (some already cut, some not). Too many kids there, not much exciting. |

Typical arrogant "AAA" parent mentality. "Borderline AA Waxer players out there". What they don't deserve to be on the same ice as your precious "AAA" studs? Did it ever occur to you that they were on the ice for the benefit of the "AA" coach in the stands, as their tryouts start this weekend. Hey here's a newsflash for you... Over 90% of your "AAA" boys will be done with hockey within the next year so stick that up your arrogant ass. |

The funny thing is that in a year or 2 these AAA boys will be flipping burgers and wondering whey their dad made such a big deal about hockey

What about Jr. Cdns. They may be losing many of their players to OHL & OHA from both the Midget & Minor Midget team. The same could be said of Markham Waxers. Brand new unknown coach with JC's as well. How was the attendance & calibre of each of these tryouts? |

JCs had lots of goalies out to their first skate. High quality but low quantity for other positions. They will need to find 2 or 3 defence and several forwards for this season. |

An y new players? What are the 89's like? Are coaches splitting 89's & 90's or loading up on 89's? |

So we should be finishing up. Any surprise cuts or signings. All you people liked bad mouthing Midget hockey last year. I wonder how many parents that were bad mouthing it are now looking for a team for their kid. | |
