Peters is much better then Lyons.. gimme a break hes better then all those goalies... hell be the first goalie to go.. other then that good list. |

Anonymous (no login) 38.116.200.10 | Re: Peters | April 24 2006, 2:11 PM |
there is no way that nigro is better than hodgson and where is livingsston and czarik and cooper...all of these players should be on that list for fowards pushing out the likes of desousa who is very good but not up there with the likes of hodgsonand livingston who can control the game. |

Livingston played in the playoffs in Tier II and looked good. You people that haven't seen these kids play are simply embarassing yourselves with these GTHL driven silly lists. Save the ink and wait until May 6th. Nigro, are u kidding me? |
|
Anonymous (no login) 24.57.202.30 | Re: Peters | April 24 2006, 2:53 PM |
One player who was extremely impressive at the alliance under 17's was Missiaen. I'm sure no one on here had watched him until this weekend because he's been playing Jr Hockey for the last two years.
But he's 6'6" and extremely fast.
I would not be surprised at all to see him be the first goalie drafted on May 6th.
And just before people bring it up... No I am not his father or am I related to him in anyway.
He beat out some real good goalies at the U17's. |
|
Anonymous (no login) 70.28.245.236 | Re: Peters | April 24 2006, 3:08 PM |
Missien is a good goalie prospect big. But with all big goalies there feet are slower than most not saying he is bad he is still very good prospect. It didn't saprise me to see him beat out peters for the top spot on the alliance U17. Peters has not played very well since game 1 of the series with Waterloo. But saying all that Peters and Missien are both very good prospect both have excellent puck handling skills and good glove hands. The first goalie to go wont be either of them though the first goalie to go will be the unique Peter DiSalvo!
Same thing I am not in any way related to him infact at first I didn't like his style but almost single handely winning the GTHL is pretty impressive. He is very untechnical but stops the puck he will be the first to go in the draft. |

The draft does not actually give you a list of the top players.... it gives you a list of who each team thinks is the best at what they need at a certain point. |

I agree, also just how much hockey has he watched in the past 18 months other then the obvious ...his kid. The ones picked are all for the most part house hold names. There are a number of outstanding players creeping up that keep getting better and better. Where will your list be in 2007?? In The OHL quite a few of your list will not be able to handle the heat/smarts/strength/size. OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Moon might not be a top ten pick but he is for sure a late first round pick or early second round pick. he took his team to the OHL cup and where did nemis and larson take there teams. Moon is for sure a first or early second round pick most likely a late first round. |

if moon is not all that good then way is everyone talking about him. I agree he is hot and cold but when he is on his game he is one of the best players out there. I personnally think moon would do better with older players that would push him.

What a crockof S#$T.
When he shows up he is one of the best. If he doesn't show up every game then he should be playing ball or something.
This attitude is how excellence gets replaced with mediocrity. Get real.
Dads should stay off here. |

Ever heard of the ODMHA? I would put Carrozzi (Nepean Raiders), Killeen (Ottawa Valley Titans, Parks (Ottawa Valley Titans) and Patafie (Ottawa Sting) up against any goalie in Ontario. At least two goalies (Carrozzi & Killeen) will play in the "O" in this upcoming season. |
|
Anonymous (no login) 72.1.205.79 | Re: Top 90 players by position | May 1 2006, 12:09 PM |
I would expect that there will be a few players from the ODMHA that will be selected and could be playing in the OHL next year (if they chose). Imagine that? That might come as a suprise to anyone living in the Toronto area....as they are the ones that get the most exposure on most of these kinds of hockey sights. I wish all the best to Nesbitt, Killeen, Lalonde, Sullivan, Billingsley and McDougall this Saturday. Go get'm boys........ |
|
Anonymous (no login) 72.1.205.79 | Re: Top 90 players by position | May 1 2006, 12:20 PM |
Actually I live in the Toronto area and the only 2 names that I've heard of are Nesbitt and Lalonde. I guess it's because they were the only two from your area rated AA. I wish you both well....you never know, you might one day be playing in the Toronto area. We would love to have you! |

How dumb are you? Wait don't answer...you post back to back posts (check your IP Address genius! it's on the left hand side of your screen) and pretend to be from Toronto and you do not know anybody else but Nesbitt and Lalonde??? Just the post before you mentioned three or four or ODHMA kids you claim to be going to the "O"...By the way I am from Toronto and you forgot to mention the best kid from the ODMHA in your list!! My guess your are either Nesbitt or Lalonde's dad...I am betting on Lalonde. |
