There are 2 Gentlemen confirmed this far that work in conjunction with NHL Central Scouting, As well Adam Creighton who is a scout for the Boston Bruins will be in attendance as well.

look im good friends with adam creightons son...its not like he is gonna be there scoutin for the draft or anything...its not like the bruins are gonna pick a kid right from midget...its all a money grab
It doesnt say anyway in the tournament mandate that if you come and play here you will be drafted, we have started this event to give some local kids the opportunity to be seen and possibly further there hockey career wheather it be ECHL, NCAA or JR C. And as far as your other commment, an 8 team tournament that guarantees 4 games and gives away the awards we have planned to is a far cry from a cash grab.
Don't worry fella; there are many negative folks that will rip you no matter what you try.
So what if you make a couple bucks if that ends up being the case. Who would do it for free? Bottom line is: a good AAA tourney that is entertaining for all.
