for 5 days a week 90 minutes a day the cost is approximately $400.00 per month,these guys train the waxers jra team as well as ohl and ahl guys,good luck.

no matt ellis in fort erie at bridgewater is the beast...plays in ahl and nhl....has a conditioning camp goin right now....best plyometric work out ever....

i dont know about any of those other trainers.
but you should really look into the place that rich lee goes to. he's a monster, if you want to be an elite player look up to richardsons and give him a call.

Mind to muscle seems to have a large following. Obviously there will be some exceptions. Overall, though, word of mouth seems to favour them.
