no matt ellis in fort erie at bridgewater is the beast...plays in ahl and nhl....has a conditioning camp goin right now....best plyometric work out ever....

i dont know about any of those other trainers.
but you should really look into the place that rich lee goes to. he's a monster, if you want to be an elite player look up to richardsons and give him a call. |

mind to muscle is awsome! check it out for yourself, he will do a consultation for free and you can decide for yourself, or he has a DVD as well! |

Mind to muscle seems to have a large following. Obviously there will be some exceptions. Overall, though, word of mouth seems to favour them. |
