Semi 2- Windsor 4, Welland 3

weak tournament overall, two terrible american teams but well run

i was watching the Windsor and welland game and the ref was trying to make the home team win calling weak penaltys on windsor and missing lots of calls on welland that we're obvious a penalty then the end of the game welland wouldnt shake hands..poor sportsman ship if you ask me.
