That's what I was going to say, too, it's not the shop's fault.
Those kind of fast deliveries almost always do have insurance or something like it, they can't just leave a traceable package there somewhere.. so really Fed-Ex should be contacted and simply demand service once your at it. I've had things with those as well, not being there to sign it and having to call the company and so on.. They'll handle it. | |
