Their last live is on August 26th. The 25th is a fanclub only day.
They're breaking up because of musical differences, plain and simple. There were no arguments between members, no one hates each other, it has nothing to do with being major (as they AREN'T major), they simply could not decide on a musical direction that pleased them all. If you have been listening to the Refrain releases, you would tell the styles each member perfers for their songs are vastly different.
How about people stop posting baseless rumors on why they're disbanding? o_o
