They accept IPMO. In fact the only problem is you can hardly get the first edition of a CD. They are quite good but their postage is very expensive compared to other japanese shop because they prefer to send several parcels for a single order. They send the stuff as it is released.
I don't like them that much, they don't reply to your request except if it is an order. Money money ...
