if the sound quality on that video is enough and you don't want it on cd:

1. download audacity and lame mp3 encoder
2. open the page and let the video load completely
3. run audacity
4. click the record button
5. play the video
6. let audacity record it
7. tweak sound wave as desired & clip any undesired blanks out of the recording
8. export as mp3 (it'll ask for the location of the lame encoder)
9. ta-da!

i don't like glay and therefore don't know much about their discography, but you could possibly get the live track from the dvd(?) from where that video was ripped. just contact the person who uploaded it.
