Honestly it's realy hard to recommend new visual kei bands, because most of them are rather boring. Try to check ROOM#NUMBER, D, SUICIDE ALI, Dollis Marry, Metis Gretel, 12012, Nega.
I worship Dir en grey. I like good old bands: Laputa, X JAPAN, LUNA SEA, L'Arc-en-Ciel, LAREINE, JILS (unfortunately they will disband soon), Plastic Tree, Doremidan, THE PIASS, Madeth grey'll or Aliene Ma'riage.
I'm interesting in gothic scene from Japan. There are many bands and many nice people on gothic scene. I strongly recommend 2 Bullet, Aural Vamire, BAAL, Calmando Qual (aka Twisted Clock), Despair, GOTHIKA, SINS O THE FLESH or THE ROYAL DEAD.
