Can we be more specific? Can we not make blanket statements and general observations? I somewhat agree with you about healing in the "age of grace" but nobody is going to believe your arguments because they leave a-lot unanswered.

      1 - Healing was INSTANTANEOUS?
If this is true then why was not healing instantaneous for Paul, or the Corinthians in I Cor 11 at the Lords Supper Table? In fact, at the Lords supper table many of them sleept (or died) in 11:30? I Corinthians was in the "grace age" right? Didn't the Corinthians heal, they probably healed more than all? If it was so INSTANTANEOUS, then why couldn't they heal those people? They healed otehrs, the gift of healing ran rampent among them.

      2 - Healing was UNLIMITED?
Again, back to I Corinthians, how do you explain their sick? How do you explain that some of the people were healed, but some were not? You have to explain these things if you want people to believe your arguments. If I were charismatic, which I'm not, I wouldn't believe you for a second because of I Corinthians! Because yor Apostle says differently. Crazymatics are tuff to convince, and they do seem to be your target audience for this post.

Healing wasn't only a sign to Israel, it was a foretast of the kingdom blessing (see Hebrews 6 I believe it is). Healing also happened during "the mystery" which you fail to really explain. It seems that you proof text too much, but why should I believe some text dangling in fron of me with no context? This post actually sounds like exerpts from a Richard Jordan teaching (not that the teaching is bad or anything). I agree with much of what is said by Richard Jordan and their "Mid-Acts" camp. I don't really see what the purpose of your post is though. Are you trying to convince, persuade or motivate people who read your post to not believe in healing for today? I think you are, but you must have a more detailed explanation and reason why healing isn't a part of God's program for today. I'm not trying to beat you up or anything, merely make you sharper "iron sharpens iron" (Quote from Richard Jordan and Prov 27:17). Look forward to hearing from you!
