I don't really think that they are going to put all the songs one one LBT soundtrack. However, it seems that they are going to put LBT songs in the bonus materials of future LBT DvDs. According to http://www.kensei-news.com/cetc/publish/electronic_entertainment/article_23963.shtml there will be nine songs on the DvD of LBT 11.
The song along song CD issued before contained only the songs from LBT 2 to LBT 4 and one extremely beautiful version of If we hold on together. The second sing along song video contained only the music of LBT 5 and 6, and I'm not even sure if there was an audio CD version of it. I don't know of any sing along songs video or CD that included songs from movies of sequels following LBT 6.
However, if you would like to have all of the songs on one CD, you could maybe tape the songs from the videos / DvDs you have and burn them on a CD (that's what I did after LBT 9 came out).
