B?

I'm not absolutely sure. It seems like Elsie does have a reappearance at the beginning of LBT 9. There are several members of her kind one of whom may be her.
In the same intro there are several turtles who resemble Archie, so I go for B.
There is also a flyer in the intro, but he looks more like Pterano than Rinkus.
