Then maybe Dinah and Dana are the mutants. Remove their brow horns, paint them yellow, and they would look like miniature Ceras as well.
Or maybe my "wisdom teeth" analogy is the right idea.
If Cera's father didn't want to adopt Dinah and Dana, surely there are other threehorns in the Valley who would take them. He seems very impatient and, again I will say it, not the type to adopt.
I don't agree that there is a "considerable age difference" between Cera and the twins. At the time of LBT VI Cera would have been about eight or nine, while the twins would have been two to four. I can't see them calling Cera "auntie" unless she was their real aunt.
