Some of you seem to dislike the sequels. Simple logic says that if the sequels are bad, the TV series will be worse...and if the TV series is better than the sequels, the sequels must be dirt. Personally I do not bother with actively "liking" or "disliking" the sequels, which is just as well, because I'll have my hands full with other things.
Namely, continuity and chronology issues. The TV series is going to throw fanfiction writers into a tailspin with figuring out "What happened to who before what?", and TV spinoffs like this one ALWAYS have continuity problems.
