I reckon there ARE different understandings of the term

As I said, I understand the term "crush" to be not with mainly a physical but rather a psychological connotation. This interpretation of the term would well explain why Cera is jealous on almost everybody, no matter the kind, age, and gender. The kind of relationship which I put under the term "to have a crush on somebody" begins even in the kindergarten days where kids may be highly suspicious of any new friend of their best friend, even though there may be nothing wrong at all with that new friend.
You all seem to overinterprete the matter in a way that is rather futile to deal with. Littlefoot and the others are all KIDS and they are highly unlikely to come up with that kind of feelings, you are thinking of, at their age.
I must say I find it remarkable that I have been indirectly accused of supporting the "root of LBT pornography" (I DEFINITELY DON'T!!!) while I again and again pointed out that I'm not talking of such a physical relationship. It seems to be difficult for some of you to keep that apart from the possibility of an extraordinary, but mere psychological relationship.
