Yes.he should and he should start growing too. They should all start growing because they look like they are hormone problem because of their size. Chomper is catching up to them bigger time and he still a baby. He is the only one who shouldn't go into puberty since he still too young yet he is already bigger than Ducky. It is not good or realistic for a predator to be bigger than his prey or to grow faster and reproduce sooner.
