In my opinion, less than a year is hardly a hearty accumulation. If it is in fact on a markup, then it wont be a strong 200% most likely.

... looks like folks are still bailing out over the last 6 months. Since I see no sign of technical strength, I'd find another home for my $$.

There's simply not a long enough history for this stock.
TW recommended a good 3 year base.
