CNTY has been slowly moving up the last few weeks. It just broke through a resistance level it had for most of the year. The volume is still light and the uptrend seems slow. Could this be the begining of the markup phase or is it too early to tell?

Are we seeing the markup begin? I don't know but it seems to me that it's looking as though there could very well be a significant markup over the next 3 years or so. I'd be willing to wait 3 years for a 100% or so gain. I guess buying now or later depends on how long you're willing to wait.
I'm going to watch this one carefully over the next several days and try to decide whether I ought to get some. Thanks for pointing it out.
Notice, too, that the PE is way below the average at 11. This is good.

Wait for $3 because there could be another shakeout. Look at what happened in October. Once it's at 3, that'll be a 7 year high. Grab some.
Ride it to 6 for a 100% return and get out without getting greedy.
The only question is how long will it take to double? A year? Two. Won't be more than three.

I've just been interested in PE's lately because I saw a Forbes article that measured PE's for the past century and found that that was very interesting to me.
As well, it seems that the entire market is overvalued with rediculous PEs so in addition to my TW observations-- not instead of-- I've been noting the PE. A lower PE makes me sleep cozier just like when I know my blood pressure is okay and not too high.
You may have a good point, though, in any case. It may be prudent to simply play TW rules and ignore PE. I'll look into it.
