Ford's still in distribution right now. It's hard to say how the strong hands who still hold it will unload more of it since there's been bad news lately in the sales department.
Still, there was a run up, most recently, after what could be considered a basing action from 94 to '97, at which time it hit an 4 year high and a TW trader might have been in.
From there, it rapidly gained 100%. I would been in at 15 and out at 30. It went higher but fell shortly thereafter.
A neat way to trade TW stock would be to always plan on a 100% gain without taking the chance of waiting for more-- unless you watch the chart real closely. That way, once you're in, you aleady have your target set at twice what you bought it for. Just automatically sell it when it hits the target and move onto the next stock. |
