Watch WDC. A 2 1/2 year base isn't much but it's something. It's a nice lower priced stock that could take awhile to justify buying, although one could probably start accumulating small numbers of shares now if you don't mind tying up a few dollars.
It could take up to several more years for this to take off. The last TW action we saw was in 1996. Entries and exits could have been made in the spring and fall of '96 for a 100% within a year and it would have been possible to predict that because of the long base previous to the spring of 1996.
