NETM shows TW characteristics but I'm not sure what to make of the rise to $10 in Jan 2000. Was that the TW rise or not? Doesn't seem to me that it would have been.
I guess I have to try to understand more about how to figure out if this stock is still under accumulation by the strong hands or not.
It definitely seems to be one to watch.
