It looks to me as though OSM is at the beginning of a mark-up phase.

There's been a downtrend for at least 2 years, the breakout occurred in the spring of 2001 as it broke $10. It's currently at $15 at the end of 2001 on my Horsey chart. I'll go look at Bigcharts now to get the update to see if I'm right about it continuing to rise.

Ultimate target on this one would be $20 to $30, I think. Just my opinion.

Optical illusions of charts made me wrong.

It's interesting how the Horsey chart and the Bigchart look different, yet are the same.

It's obvious on Bigcharts, that OSM has already been marked up and distributed and is now in some sort of convulsion phase. Convulsion isn't a TW term by the way, just for the new people-- it'm my own word for choppy action.

The Horsey looked interesting to me but now it doesn't. It was all an optical illusion. This error demonstrates to me, at least, that trying to find TW stocks based on downtrends rather than long accumulation phases is more hazardous.

chart differences

Rick, I've never looked at the Horsey chart book, but my experience with US charts book is that the charts are quite small. More square than rectangular, giving what can really be a different look. Also, the price bars can really change a chart as well, ie, 1,2,3 dollars vs. 1.50, 3.00, 4.50. I subscribe to a chart service (tc2000) that allows me to view the chart on about 2/3 the full page at default, or i can click to full page, thus stretching the chart across the board. Even the same settings look different stretched out. Don't know if this is why it looks different for you, just what i've noticed in my past assimulations. PS- Look at the volume as much as the price, it should look about the same regardless of the chart style, and can really tip you off to accumulation. ----------alan
