AXR appears to have been under accumulation for 10 years with false breakouts twice. If it breaks above 10 again, I'll be in-- and then out at 20.

Only now am I starting to realize that I have to regard the bad stock market news in general as a sideshow. The real interesting stuff is still in TW analysis. Get ready to ride AXR up to 20.
