CPI appears as though its been under accumulation since the early 1990's. The longer an accumulation period lasts, according to TW as far as I can recall, the higher the rise will be. Thus, the rise in CPI when it occurs will be much more than 100%. Still, I think my current plans will be to add CPI to my watchlist, wait for $6 at which point I'll buy, then sell at $12.
