If you would, tell me why you think that the fact they've started their markup is not a good time to buy? With the appropriate accumulation phase now over with, isn't this the PERFECT time to buy?

I agree the time to buy is when the mark-up begins. I was just stating that the mark-up had started a couple of weeks before I got the newsletter. I like to get in at the lowest price possible just as the mark-up begins. On the stocks in the March newsletter, they were all well above the resistance level and/or downtrend line before I could buy in. That takes away a good portion of the profit. If would rather buy a stock at 2 and let it go to 6 then to buy it at 3 and let it go to 6. That is all I was saying. I apologize for not being clear.
