At the time the above posters made their comments, it looks as though NETM was indeed breaking past a resistance level that defined an accumulation period of several years.
And it indeed turned out that the rise was only a shakeout after which it fell to under a dollar and was threatened with delisting. It is indeed continuing what may be an accumulation.
There's certainly no sense to holding any of it at this time. I myself would certainly have been fooled by the break in March 2000. This demonstrates what I think TW called a "false breakout".
