NETM Has been on it's accumulation phase for the past 3 months. Does anyone else know the next phase of stock price development for it? I plan to accumulate more shortly. This is not a reccomendation to purchase NETM. However, I would like to hear from some other "Ted Heads" to share their thoughts on NETM or other experiences that they have had. As well as an invitation to look at its chart to see if it confims to Ted Warrens perameters. Make your own dicision after checking out the chart.

I have only been a student of Ted Warren for about 6 months and. CYTO Just happen to catch the wave of the BIO TECH surge for 2000 and that surge appears to be over. This Sector hit a >45 Degree drop a few weeks ago and has hardly looked back up since.

NETM CERTAINLY WAS A TW STOCK

NETM WAS A TW STOCK BUT AFTER IT BROKE ITS RESISTANCE LEVEL IT CONSIDERABLY WENT UP IN PRICE. THE GOOD NEWS IS, WITH THE SLUGGISH STOCK MARKE,T (NETM) HAS COME BACK DOWN TO A REASONABLE PRICE. IT'S HARD TO KNOW IF IT HAS HAD ITS TIME IN THE SUN OR IF IT IS JUST GOING THROUGH A SHAKE-OUT? GOOD LUCK AND I'M GOING TO DO A LITTLE MORE D.D. ON THIS POSSIBLE PICK.

Possible Shakeout Begining

If in the next few weeks a shakeout does form NETM could obviously resume its accumulation phase. Technically speaking as you might know a shakeout formation is refferred to as a "Cup And Handle" formation. This particular term is never mentioned by TW but it is evident in "ALL" shakeout activity on the charts. I am beginning to wonder if NETM can overcome the negative "sentiment" (a fundamental influence) in the market for technology stocks at this point in time. Again,if it sussessfully forms a Cup And Handle this will be the only means we can confirm it's potential to resume upwards.

Review of Tedheads' analysis

At the time the above posters made their comments, it looks as though NETM was indeed breaking past a resistance level that defined an accumulation period of several years.

And it indeed turned out that the rise was only a shakeout after which it fell to under a dollar and was threatened with delisting. It is indeed continuing what may be an accumulation.

There's certainly no sense to holding any of it at this time. I myself would certainly have been fooled by the break in March 2000. This demonstrates what I think TW called a "false breakout".
