The chart for UNSI looks promising. It spiked to $20 back in 1991 and then $5 back in 2nd Quarter of 1997 and , and that could be your highest top ($5)you could look for occuring then you must exit it then because it is in the highly speculative hands at this point. And as you may know OTCBB are traded on paper - they are not computerized. Verdict: UNSI is a purely speculitive play and even though the charts has a nice base, you must watch it IF it ever breaks out and reaches $2 it will brobably retreat quickly. This is not a stock you can seriously consider rising very much for any length of time. Especially since it's traded on the buliten boards.
