What I think is in order to follow Ted's theory, we have to pick stocks controlled by strong hands. If stocks are not controlled by strong hands, it is worthless to invest on these stocks, since noone rich enough can push stocks' price up (rather it may go down). But there are over hundreds of stocks in a stock market, is every stock controlled by strong hand? I do not think every stock controlled by strong hands. So, what is your experience on choosing stocks controlled by strong hands?

Read the book please. Its all there. And for everyones info ,a penny stock is any stock below $7. OTC is what was referred to earlier.
Am i the only one here flying solo and not a cheap scate. (yes, i use a broker. AGHAST!!!)? A discount broker at a large brokerage house, whom i can reach always, quaranteed.
All you onliners think about this, What is it going to cost you when you need to make a trade ,immediately, and your trading web site is down.Hmmmm?

Hello Tat: There are only two hands a stock can be in. The strong hands of the insiders and manipulators or the weak hands of the public. Pick up a copy of the book " A nation of sheep " and you will see why the public is weak. Your charts tell it all. Study, study, study. Call the course counselors if you don't fully understand something. The process just takes a little time.

"Strong Hands" as stated in Ted's book refers to what the chart shows. That is the only way anyone can tell. Just as the laws of Physics govern that field of endeavour, by the same token the principle's as espoused in TW's book, are FACTS about the dynamics of stock price development(not "merely" just another opinion) For example, the simplest of the laws of Physics states: "What goes up must come down." As long as you are on a "Heavenly body (planet, star etc) this "LAW" of physics is immutable, irriversable, and simply cannot be broken. So are the principles as stated in TW's book. There may be times that it seems to take forever for nice accumulation to turn into a nice markup that you have just entered into at the right time, but if we can interpret the charts correctly, pick the correct entry point and if "macromarket" conditions remain favorable (our goal) should come about. My opinion is that by using TW's principles we are as close to perfection as possible, albiet other variables that TW may not have thought about may upset this "perfect" applecart. Any devil's advocates are welcome to punch holes in the above.
