Sheeesh, whats with that high volume, little headway stuff?

When a stock encounters a lot of volume and not much movement, it has investolators looking for "Why?". Well, this one is a resource based stock, and that sector has been depressed for awile (hmmm, but thats suppossed to be good for investolators).
It has nice 2 year consolidation with a very slow uptrend appearance, so what gives?
Well, here it is and its all in the chart- This one is not ready to go yet. Consolidation is not yet completed with only 12% insider ownership and that high volume, no headway brief runup was a key indicator to this. This stock will move back into low volume consolidation or may even take on downtrending action to loosen all the new share holders. Keep watching it.
