Hi! I'm new here but I am glad I found you.
I thought I was the only person besides Ken
Roberts who was trading using Ted Warren's
system. After I first read his book I almost
could not believe what I had discovered. It is
so obvious that to most people it is not to be
believed. That book "How to make the stock
market make money for you" is the only book
out of perhaps dozens I have read that cuts
through all the BS that is out there and makes
it so simple to understand when to buy a stock
and when to sell it that anyone with at least
an elementary school education could make money trading stocks.
Simplicity is the key to understanding
Ted Warren's methods. All the other books make
it sound too complicated with ratios, formulas,
and enough math to give Albert Einstein a run
for the money. Ted Warren used nothing but
common sense and a set of price charts to buy
low and hold with patience until the rise came
and he sold at a higher price. His method is
practical and it works but in this day and age
of instant gratification a lot of people don't
have the patience to hold firmly until the
rise in price occurs. Ted even tried to teach
people his methods but most either did not
really understand his method or did not have
faith to stay the course. Their friend's
opinions or a rumor would come along and they
would sell off too early in discouragement.
Ted came to the conclusion that only a very
few people would ever really understand and
apply his methods.
I have entered a few trades using Ted's
systems. All are under accumulation now in
long multi-year bases and I am waiting
patiently for a rise.
