Hey folks,

I've received the TW book I ordered online and currently I am working my way through it. I wrote down some of the stocks mentioned in this forum and printed out their corresponding charts.

I ran across RHH and I am wondering if this is what TW would consider "consolidation"???

Thanks for the info and support!! ... more questions to come later

Hi, Ben:

RHH may look good on the chart, but don't waste your time or money. Robertson-Ceco is in the midst of a cash tender offer as part of a merger with Heico. All stockholders are being offered $11.50 per share with a deadline of June 2 to accept or decline. Those who don't take the tender offer will be bought out as soon as the RHH sale is finalized ... in other words, the only option available to stockholders is "when" they will receive their buyout funds. Although Robertson-Ceco will continue operations, it will be privately-held and no longer listed on the NYSE.

What a disappointment -- RHH looked great so I bought some shares, only later to find out about the Heico buyout. Glad I could save you the trouble! RHH is still in my portfolio, but I signed the tender offer a couple of days ago and it will soon be a done deal. As always in this "game" there will be other stocks, so we'll just have to keep our eyes open.
