For anybody following TTE, it seems to be making a move. The last two days volume has increased sharply and price is increasing. I'am going to watch everyday and see what happens. Could this be quick distribution or just a short spike? This stock has been a great Ted trend. I think if volume out there stays high, then the price gets to 200% that this will be a time to sell. Any thoughts out there or is it too early to speculate? It looks like the institutional and insiders are still holding on to the stock. This could be interesting to watch over the short run.

Hello Micheal,TTE is a great stock to own. bought 1000 at $2.75 TTE just bought out Scientific Games for 310 million dollars, plus Olivetti is dumping 100 million into TTE Now have expanded into Italy and Europe.Good climbing support line and now fundamentally strong. No telling how high it will go,but i think quite a bit more than that 200 percent. This is not a spike or quick distribution.I would like to buy another 1000 but my positioning does not allow this at this time.Diversity plan you know.

Thanks for the information. Hope you are correct in the rise of TTE. Will definitely be watching this one. This could be my first sell if the stock keeps climbing. Maybe the manipulators will put out some information to cause a big buy and we can make a big sell. Happy trading.

200 percent from where?

Explain the 200+ percent increase... Since the big markdown this stock has been $1.00 per share. The way I see it -- it's 3 year minimum accummulation cycle ended about mid 1999 at about $3. So where do I base the increase -- the low price during accummulation or the buy signal when it broke past resistance at $3?

Also how do you preceive the recent price volatility of a $2 spread on a $4 stock?
I own a few shares of TTE. Just beginning so I only own a few shares of anything but it's looking very good - currently up 23%. I haven't sold anything and it's real tempting to take the small profit and run as it far exceeds anything I could have done at the BANK or in my mutual fund! However, I really want to learn and understand this method so I'm in for the count as you would say.

It is a good stock to me because of what I think is good sound Ted Warren principles. The accumulation period has been going on for over three years and the volume has been quiet for at least that long. Past performance has shown to me that this stock can go up to at least $25.00, if not higher. Like Ted said all stocks go through cycles. I hope this stock is, too. I think if the volume picks up, like it already has started to, then the price will follow. I hope this helps. This is the first stock I have bought and I hope this is the first stock I get to sell at a profit. I do have two other stocks, so I do not have all my money in one stock. I'am going at this slowly and build from there. Good luck on whatever stocks you choose. Just use Ted's stratergies and I think you will be ok.

Help me understand...

Can you help me understand... when TW says "expect a 200-300% increase" -- at what point I should consider this increase to start -- the breakout point or the stocks lowest point? I assume it's from the breakout as many time the stock is already over 100% or more from it's lowest point in the cycle.

Hello linda,The 200-300 percent TW talks about is from the break above the trendline. If you were bottom fishing the stock and got in before the break you would add that amount to the total rise of the stock. ex. bought at 50 cents breakout at $2.00 sold at $5.00 The difference between $2.00-$5.00 is your percentage rise TW talks about. The difference between 50 cents and $2.00 is added on top.Or you can take your percentage from your entry point. You can buy at 50 cents but may have to wait a while for the breakout.Sometimes a long time wait.Buy waiting for the break the TW method offers a certain amount of saftey for us.
