Pacer Technology (PTCH). is a stock in a long term, low level base, under accummulation. The base is about 10-15 years in the making. According to Ted, the longer the base, the greater the chance for a substantial rise. The "manipulators" have been working quietly for many years now, getting ready for their move. You should be licking your chops over this one.

This past year it had a false breakout and, what I believe is now a final shakeout.

I hope the chart appears, Lester.

Providing the link to the site works well, Joe, but I'll try to detail the instructions exactly for the image posting.

FOR INTERNET EXPLORER (variations occur for NETSCAPE).

1) Locate the charting company and chart you would like to "Image"
Example: http://www.bigcharts.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=ptch&sid=0&o_symb=ptch&freq=2&time=20

2) On the above site, point and "right click" on the chart itself. You should see a mini window with some choices pop up.

3) "Left click" on "Properties". The property window should pop up. This is the properties of the actual chart. Take note of the "Address (URL)".

4) Highlight the URL's Address. You do this by placing your pointer at the beginning of the addres, hold down the left mouse button, and move the pointer to the end of the address and release the button.

Note: Some of the address can be hidden. Make sure you get it all. You can also begin the highlight at the address end and move towards the front.

5) "Right click" on the highlighted URL. A little window should pop up.

6) "Left click" on "copy". You have now copied the address to your clip board.

7) Close the properties window.

8) Go to the forum where you would like to print the chart.

9) Make sure your flashing cursor is in the message window of the forum (where you type what you wish to say).

10) Left click on "EDIT" on your browser's menu bar.

11) Left click on "Paste". The immages URL should now appear in the message text.

Example: http://chart.bigcharts.com/bc3/quickchart/chart.asp?symb=ptch&compidx=aaaaa%3A0&ma=0&maval=9&uf=0&lf=1&lf2=0&lf3=0&type=2&size=2&state=0&sid=3613&style=320&time=20&freq=2&nosettings=1&rand=8237&rand=9755

12) Add <?i?m?g? s?r?c?=?" to the front of the URL and "?> to the back. Please note that I have added the question marks so you can see the code in this post. REMOVE ALL question marks and that is the actual code you use.

Example:
<?i?m?g? s?r?c?=?"http://chart.bigcharts.com/bc3/quickchart/chart.asp?symb=ptch&compidx=aaaaa%3A0&ma=0&maval=9&uf=0&lf=1&lf2=0&lf3=0&type=2&size=2&state=0&sid=3613&style=320&time=20&freq=2&nosettings=1&rand=8237&rand=9755"?>;

By removing the question marks in the above, the code is active and will show the chart.

Until you post the message, the chart will appear as Text, but once you post the message, the code makes the actual chart appear.

Once you go through the process a couple of times, you'll be dancin'.

Lester.

Can you post charts that have been saved as a .gif file that have trend lines drawn on it?

I know that charts that are used in programs such as tc 2000, Gecko charts, metastock and the such are able to be posted (trendlines and all), but I do not have those programs (yet) and do not have the knowledge of how to that (again- yet).

I believe part of the process involves saving the chart to a server and then it can be accessed via HTML coding as we do with online charts.

Spike over @ F&T has posted charts this way. You may want to inquire from him how this is done. A couple of links to his posts follow:

Example.

Some of the details.

Not the full answer you were looking for, but hopefully it points you in the right direction.

Lester.
