The 2009 ECHO Carving Championship is under way at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta!!!! The redwood logs are absolutely huge so the ECHO carvers have their work cut out for them. They have a total of 22 hours to carve under the theme, "The Great American Southwest" and will finish at 4pm Mountain Time on Sunday with the judging to follow.
