As we face a brand new year 2010, we will spend our first 48 hours of prayer vigil. We are encouraging everyone to join us in fervent prayers.

This month's prayer will be focused on continued faith and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Looking back at year 2009, we are grateful that we received countless blessings. Yet, there were some setbacks,too. There were failures, disappointments, challenges along the way but God with HIS great mercy has given us forgiveness, patience, peace, strength and all the provisions to carry us through.

On the nation front, our homeland Philippines, we will remember some of the major calamities, heinous crimes that hit our country,and we will pray for the victims and their families. We will also pray for the other nations including America that are facing countless challenges such as economic recessions, unemployment, the ongoing wars and many other global issues.

Several years ago some of us have been come together to pray for the success of Gulong ng Palad as it was about to air Jan. 2006. Looking back, we smiled as we remember how the Lord answered that prayer among the many other prayer concerns that we have been lifting up. To most of us, that's how we started our friendship. Now four fruitful years later, we are still here praying not only for Tj and Kristine but for so many other prayers concerning our family, loved ones, friends, our churches, nations and more.



Indeed we have come a long way as far as our faith is concerned. Our prayers' focus have proliferated and now it has expanded to a more serious prayer concerns. At the present times, that friendship has deepened and we thank the Lord for that, as well.

There are countless answered prayers that we are grateful for. In spite of the many challenges we faced, we believe in our hearts that God supply us with every thing we need. God is always faithful and that's enough reason for us to continue to put our trust in Him.

We will continue to pray for protection for this year and that the Good Lord will spare us from deadly disasters. Our prayers will cover the Philippines and for every nation of this world.

We will lift up to our Almighty God all these major concerns and for every one's personal concerns.

As always, we would like to give our appreciation and gratitude to the MB owner/moderators for allowing this monthly prayers to happen among us.

May God bless us all with a wonderful, healthy and a blessed year 2010!!
