Do we have any legal recourse for not being informed on the possibility of Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome at the time of our surgery? Never once was it ever mentioned that it could cause early menopause or early symptoms related to this.
This is such a violation of our rights as women. We were not allowed the opportunity to make an informed choice. I would like to take legal action.
