I am so sorry to hear that you are going through this. I'm going through the same thing and the ONLY thing that I can come up with is to try a tubal reversal.

The doc that I saw recently did not totally dismiss that I was having effects from the tubal ligation, but she did blame most of it on my body being sensitive to changes. I can't even take medication, she even refused to prescribe the minipill for me to try to get my cycles more tolerable. She suggested that I just use over-the counter remedies and that I will just have to live with it. It turns out that I cannot take enough of an over-the-counter remedy to effect my cycles, because those products either end up being nothing more than placebos that do not affect me at all or they affect me in a negative manner.

All you can really do at this point is find a doctor that believes you so that you can get proper testing. When I get medical insurance, I am going to get a laparscopy to check that everything is still in place and that there is not excessive or unexpected damage from the surgery (such as a missing ovary, since sometimes an ovary will atrophy and die after this surgery, something they will not tell you prior to surgery.) If I am missing an ovary then that would explain the severe hormonal imbalance/changes and my total lack of sex drive. Of course, if I have been partially castrated then there is nothing to be done, I will just never be myself again.
