What Doctors Don’t Tell You About Tubal Ligation

I have the same pain!

by

Jan,
I am so glad to hear I am not crazy also. I, too, have had my TL for 2 1/2 years, 35 yo and have the pain up to 2 weeks before my period every month since right after the TL. Sex around this time is so painful. I have had every test known to man, treated from everything from IC to Acid Reflux and two post TL surgeries (one was even because they thought the pain was because of my gall bladder and the other to remove scar tissue). I am going to bring this info to my OB/GYN and ask what are my options. I have three children and am done, quite frankly. However, I CANNOT go through this pain, which not every woman mentions in their emails. At this point, I am considering a hysterectomy. Anyway, if you want I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks for sharing your info.

Gina
