Rash

After my tubal some 20 years ago, I have gotten a rash that starts around when my cycle would be and last for three days. The rash starts out as flu like and then I get a rash over my upper torso, and down my arms, and around my inter thighs, it looks like a bad sunburn. I have over the years gotten it every three months, but lately over the last few years every six months. I know it is tired to my tubal, but would like to know if anyone else has this problems. Thank you.
