Don't Get A Tubal Ligation

An option would be a real good book entitled "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler, MPH, and also the Taking Charge of Your Fertility Software, which tracks your cycle and lets you know the fertile days. My wife and I are using this software to help us try to have another baby, after having a tubal reversal. It can also be used for birth control, and is a chemical and surgery free option. The Essure inserts would be a less invasive procedure, but would remove the delicate feedback loop that the egg and flow of hormones provides to the uterus every month, which is something to look into itself. My wife had almost all of the symptoms which were caused by her tubal ligation, which led to her having a resversal done. Some of the symptoms have gotten better, but she will never be the same. Please, please, please don't get a tubal ligation. Your doctor, as hers didn't, will not tell you the truth about side effects, some which may haunt you the rest of your life. I am a struggling husband who has been there....
