What Doctors Don’t Tell You About Tubal Ligation

I had my son by C-section 6 years ago and had a TL at that time as well..I had normal periods for about 3-4 months after the birth of my son, then they just either were very light (like spotting) or I wouldn't have one at all. The longest I went without a period is 1 year. I've had hormone tests done and everything seemed to be fine except that I was producing too much testosterone and my insulin levels were a bit high..
The Dr. said I have Polyscystic Ovarian Syndrome.
I've had a lot of weight gain since the tubal, anxiety attacks, fatigue, secondary amenorhia, loss of sex drive, and the list goes on..
Now my Dr. has me taking progesterone pills for 10 days to induce a period and put me on Metformin and paxil..I am a human pharmacy..I don't have many answers to give you at this point because I am still going through the stuff myself..I hope you will be ok!
