What Doctors Don’t Tell You About Tubal Ligation

Sharie's montly update-June

by

Well, I will say this month was a little different! Nothing major, just the fact that I had my period a week early (should be having it right now). It came without warning and lasted a bit longer than normal too. I did and still do have a lot on my plate right now which could have been the cause. I did weigh myself the other day and what a shocker that was!!! I was down to 133!!!! I had been bouncing around between 135 and 145 for over 6 months now so I'm glad to see it get closer to 130. I know I'll never be the 120 I was back in the good ole days before kids:) I have been watching what I eat and drinking plenty of water. Even went down to one soda (or pop depending where you live) a day. My hubby bought me a bike trailer for Mother's Day so I can put our 1yr old in it and my 6yr old can ride with me. I thought it was too expensive but the baby loves it and I love being able to spend time with my kids, so well worth every penny.

Other than the early period, I'm happy, healthy and feel 'normal' for being me. Have a great month ladies and give thoes daddys big hugs for Father's Day!!
